Because we care about our patients wherever they are in the world, we provide each patient with a USB flash media drive that contains a download of all the patient’s medical information. This vital information can save a life in an emergency situation. The USB flash media drive will allow the hospital or doctor access to the patient’s complete medical history including allergies, existing medications, family history, X-rays and scans etc. The USB flash media drive also includes our contact information, should it be needed.

Historically, patients who travel a lot or relocate often have experienced difficulty in forwarding their medical histories from their previous to their current medical providers. Even within the same city (such as Ottawa), it can be problematic where access to records between hospitals is not practiced.
