OHIP Services

La vie Executive Health Center is growing with more professional medical professional team. Therefore, the management of the center has decided to expand our whole range of services. Dr. Sannoufi is now accepting new patients in his regular family practice. Dr. Sannoufi will be performing all regular family practice duties and services covered by OHIP. There will be NO extra charges for patients. Moreover, all services offered by Dr. Freeman are also covered by OHIP and therefore patients will NOT be charged for services received by Dr. Freeman. To consult Dr. Freeman, you need a referral from your family doctor. However, if you are an old patient of Dr. Freeman, kindly, contact us to book your follow-up visit. We appreciate if you can transfer your old file to La Vie Health as Dr. Freeman needs to review your file.
