Leo Maiorino, Vice President, Sales and Operations

Leo’s responsibilities at La Vie Health Centre include managing the overall sales and business development strategy. In addition, Leo has been instrumental in developing business procedures and client service processes that have helped position La Vie as an outstanding preventive care service provider. Leo is also very active in cultivating strategic partnerships focussed on enhancing overall value for our clients.

Prior to joining La Vie, Leo held a number of senior executive positions with RBC Investments, the wealth management arm of Royal Bank Financial Group. During his 20 year tenure at RBC, Leo had national responsibility for the insurance division of RBC D.S. Financial Services Inc. as well as national responsibility for a wealth management Advisory salesforce. Towards the end of his career with RBC, Leo took on the role of Regional Vice President, Private Banking for Eastern, Western and Northern Ontario. Under Leo’s leadership, new offices were open in London, Thunder Bay, and Kitchener.

Leo received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and has participated in extensive sales and general management programs over his career.
